Our company is in search of an outgoing and skilled Travel Specialist to come on board and expand their talents with us. As our Travel Specialist, you would be working with individuals, business professionals and families that hunger for a dream getaway that will create unforgettable memories for them. This position involves managing large-scale events, planning holidays, suggesting travel destinations, and maintaining client files.

In this role, your primary goal will be to use your inventiveness and keep our clients gratified so that they will be your best resource for their future travel and for their friends and families travel as well. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with thorough familiarity of domestic and international travel destinations. To do well in this position, you should also have sales and suggestive selling skills.

Plan a client’s transportation, accommodation, and airlines.

Ask questions and get to know your clients to determine their traveling needs.

Suggest to clients the best styles of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to fit the needs of their desired trip.

Manage travel for large gatherings, retreats and conferences.

Determine the best solution for any and all travel issues, complaints, and refunds.

Keep client information confidential and maintain excellent financial records for tax purposes.

Stay updated with tourism trends by attending travel seminars, trainings, and team meetings.

18 years of age or older

Detailed knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.

Outstanding sales and interpersonal skills.

Communicate and negotiate effectively.

Possess the knowledge of the latest tourism trends.
