The Specialist, Global Mobility & Immigration is responsible for administration of international and domestic relocations, international assignees, and all US inbound immigration matters. The Specialist, Global Mobility & Immigration ensures compliance with existing immigration regulations, mobility policies and manages vendor partnerships. This Specialist, Global Mobility & Immigration opportunity is an integral part of the Total Rewards team, responsible for managing daily interactions with our community of HR business partners, mobility candidates, business leaders and external vendors as well as aiding on benefits projects as needed.

This position is fully remote / virtual.


Prepare and communicate required documents regarding international transfers/assignments, in line with compensation, benefit and mobility programs, including but not limited to offer letters, benefit summaries and assignment extensions
Manage external mobility service providers to ensure seamless employee relocation and assignment management including handling escalations, as well as overseeing relationship including SLAs
Create reports, summaries and provide expertise on global assignments and transfers inclusive of estimating expenses, timelines, recommending appropriate policies and/or benefits, and confirming viability of immigration cases for potential transfers/assignments
Create and maintain company mobility policies, ensuring relevancy to business needs and external market competitiveness
Manage annual mobility tax processes with internal/external payroll and tax partners, coordinating timely reporting for reconciliation of tax filings and settlements related to international and domestic transfers
Responsible for full US visa sponsorship process and maintenance for both team members and candidates in coordination with outside counsel
Oversee and initiate US Permanent Residency and H1-B lottery processes in partnership with outside counsel, confirming eligibility and providing guidance to HRBPs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the global HR community through continuous support and education, ensuring consistent application of our global policies
Counsel HR team on current and evolving immigration compliance requirements, develop communications strategies to educate foreign nationals, managers, and HR to ensure compliance in a dynamic immigration climate and mitigate company risk
Assist Total Rewards team with benefits-related projects, as needed


Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience dealing with domestic and international relocation
Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration matters and non-immigration visa classifications, including H-1B, F-1, TN, L-1, and E-3
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including presentation and written, strong customer service and ability to effectively communicate with external vendors and all levels of employees across functions and geographies
Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manipulate multiple internal and external platforms. intermediate-level skill with Microsoft Word and Excel
High standards of work ethic with commitment to high performance, confidentiality, and service excellence
Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
