Our fast growing security guard company needs a talented recruiter to keep up with demand.

The recruiter will work at at a very slow post in a security or reception capacity but there will be ample free time to source, call, and interview potential security guard candidates.

Although we prefer someone with some security experience what is much more important is being a good recruiter because we are only as good as our guards.

We believe that recruiting is the most important job in our company. Many skills are required to successfully hire capable guards

Compensation will be an agreed upon hourly wage for the first 30 day probationary period after which a salary will be on the table after demonstrating capability.

We are a full service guard company with mostly unarmed, near minimum wage employees. The guard market is highly competitive and the Recruiter should think of novel ways to attract talent. Most of our Recruiting comes through Indeed.com with some of our best candidates found through word of month.

The Recruiter should have excellent customer service skills,

Basic computer skills are necessary, especially in Excel

Strong communication ability, both written and oral, is needed
