BlueMatch is a technology and process driven real estate

brokerage providing an incredible value to both buyers and sellers

in multiple states. We’re looking for someone to assist our growing

company over the weekends from Monday through Friday part time.

This position would be roughly 20-25 hours per week and has the

ability to grow into a full time position. As you grow into the

position, you’ll end up doing a little bit of everything at one

time or another, so it’s a great opportunity for those looking to

learn and get more involved in the industry.

Although we’re remote, we work closely as a team and assist each

other to help manage our various work loads. You’ll be primarily

reporting to and working with our sales manager who has worked and

still performs some of this job, so understands the position very

well. The position would likely have two full 8 hour days on the

weekend with a half day Friday and Monday.

We currently are without an office, but will be getting a new,

small office in the coming months. It’s not a requirement to work

there at any point, however, you will have the option to work there

at least partially if you choose to do so.

Job Duties

Help write listing descriptions for properties that we’re going

to list.

Gather important information we may be missing from clients

such as documents they need to electronically sign, HOA documents,

missing information on their property, etc.

Update clients about important information in regards to their

property.

Monitor and answer questions over phone, email and chat during

the weekend

Provide basic information regarding our product and set

appointments for our sales person during the weekend.

Pass along important information to our clients during the

weekend including offers, questions on their property, etc.

Requirements/ Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Reliable, customer-centric focus

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced environment shifting focus

between tasks during slower times

Ability to work both in a team and independently with little to

no supervision

Ability to learn new software and processes quickly

Qualifications

A Colorado real estate license is a plus, and we will pay for

you to maintain it (errors and omissions insurance, continuing

education, etc), but not a requirement. (pay is higher for licensed

individuals)

Experience in the hospitality industry and/or a real estate

background

Experience using electronic document management and signing

software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
