Job Description
We are looking for an Office and Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us with administrative and clerical tasks. your duties will include maintaining administrative functions, managing facilities, as well as executive travel and expense coordination.
The ideal candidate will have experience with handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, such as, reconciling business bank accounts and preparing management reports. The candidate must be well organized and flexible and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a growing company.
We expect you to be able to work diligently and help maintain smooth office operations٫ possess great communication skills and be reliable. You should also be familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Create and maintain reports, forms and spreadsheets
Create and distribute emails, communications and letters
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
Planning of office events, booking travel arrangements for managers.
Provide support for office management and organization procedures.
Book venues for conferences and events.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Fast typing skills with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations.
Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
High school diploma.
Strong English speaking and writing skills.
