Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Transportation Digitalization, the Director of Transportation Digitalization will play a key role on the Digital Transportation team to redefine non-emergency medical transportation delivery. This role will be responsible for a national team which facilitates the training and onboarding process of transportation providers to digital solutions, allowing them too efficiently and safely transport members.

The Director Digital Transportation is responsible for the execution of a strategy to achieve 100% implementation of transportation management software products to contracted transportation providers (TP) nationwide. This individual partners with local market operations teams to understand high priority and at-risk TPs, as well as network capacity, and guides them through the digitization process by facilitating introductions to vendor partners, scheduling on-site classroom training and clearing operational roadblocks to go live. The individual may at times be required to travel to the transportation companies to assist in onsite product application training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Daily management of regional prioritization schedule for ATMS conversion

Manages to the strategy set forth by SVP of Digital Transportation

Works closely with onboarding Manager, Program Manager and IT resources on program priorities developments/ changes

Coordinates communication with vendors and both internal and external subject matter experts (SME)

Maintain engaging and comprehensive toolkit of region specific resources for end users of different skills/needs and internal team members

Monitors TP engagement dashboard in Salesforce; responsible for regional teams meeting service level agreements for each step in the onboarding process

Works with local market to understand any major issues or risk and removes roadblocks to success

Closely monitors utilization percentages nationally and provides feedback and action plans to bring utilization to 100%

Attend demos and trainings for proprietary software to transportation providers and provide feedback and coaching to team members conducting these sessions

Work directly with technical and onboarding teams to provide feedback and insight to user experience to identify process improvement opportunities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for both internal and external partners

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

7 – 10 years of relevant analysis experience required

Experience in the medical or human services transportation preferred

2 to 3 years of supervisory experience required

Transportation, routing, or, dispatching experience and/or knowledge of transit system a plus

Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines a plus

Driving Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be able to pass DMV record check

Driving record must remain in compliance with LogistiCare’s driver qualification standards

Must be able to use a hands-free mobile phone
