Job Summary:

Community Wellness is an online telehealth and wellness platform

dedicated to empowering people to achieve better health outcomes

from the comfort of their homes.

We are looking for a friendly and hard-working remote Customer

Service Representative for our growing organization. You will be

responsible for responding to customer needs through incoming

calls, email, live chat, and social media in a timely professional

manner. The role will require a team player who has worked in a

fast paced, evolving organization before.

Candidates with level 1 tech support, and direct to consumer

support are preferred. We are hiring two positions, the schedule

requirements are as follows: Sunday – Thursday 8-5pm PST OR Tuesday

– Saturday 10 am – 7 pm PST.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide world class customer support to our patients and

customers

Respond to incoming calls and messages according to internal

service level agreements

Identify and solve customer questions, complaints, concerns,

and overall needs

Experience resolving shipping issues, and managing

subscriptions with retention in mind

Experience using multiple software applications and

multi-tasking

Job Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required

5 years of customer service and/or tier 1 tech support

Multi-lingual is a plus

Experience providing support to Medicare aged customers

Excellent grammar and technical skills required

Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner

Ability to adjust engagement style based on customer needs to

provide an exceptional experience

Must provide up to date technology– high speed internet

and functioning computer

Job Configuration and Compensation

This is a full time role that will require weekend and evening

availability

Salary starting at $35k/year

Key Performance Indicators and Targets:

90% first call resolution for incoming calls, live chats

1 hour response time to customer outreach

Average number of tickets created per day

Average number of tickets closed per day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year
